If you have been reading my blog, you know what my addictions are: clothing, shoes and handbags. I shared most of my secrets where I get clothes, bags and shoes for cheap, but there is another place that I have to mention. Payless Shoe Source.

You can shop Payless online, or if you prefer you can go to an actual store. There are three main reasons why I like to shop Payless.

First of all, their prices are GREAT. I buy most of the shoes for my kids at Payless. I hate paying $30 for something that they will outgrow in 3 month, so when it comes to my kids, I always buy their shoes for cheap. Payless carries many different brands (Champion, American Eagle, Hannah Montana), so there is a lot to choose from. Some people think that Payless sells only crap, but this is is NOT true.

Champion sneakers which I got from them 3 years ago for $15 on sale still look pretty good, even though I have to admit I don’t give them the best treatment (I put them in the washer, I don’t clean them every time I wear them and so on).

I found Barbie shoes for my pre-schooler for $4.99 (which she loves and doesn’t want to take of even though they are getting small) and faux leather sneakers for my little guy for $9.99.

Payless sell kids, women and men shoes for cheap as well as very affordable accessories: purses, belts, hats, fashion jewelry. They also have a pretty good selection of shoes in wider widths.

If you shop online, their shipping is usually free if you spend a certain amount of money (50 bucks I believe). Shipping is ALWAYS free if you request to deliver your shoes to any of the Payless stores in the U.S.

I personally never returned anything to them, but I think they have a decent return policy, so you could shop worry-free.

You will not find designer shoes there, so if you are looking for these, check Endless or Gotham City Online instead. However you will find plenty of inexpensive and pretty cute bags and shoes for cheap at Payless.
